What’s New @ the Library? October 11th, 2016 

Family Story Night: Thursday, October 20th 6:30-7:30

Teddy Bear Sleepover! Families of all ages are welcome to an evening of fun stories and some snacks.  Tuck in your teddy bears for their evening at the library and pick them up the next day to see what they’ve been up to! Please register with the library for this FREE event.

 

Halloween Nerf War, Friday, October 28th 8-9pm

Dress up in your scary costumes for a spooky, candy filled nerf war! Please register with the library and bring you nerf guns. Ages 9+ FREE

 

Parent & Child Book Chat, Thursday November 17th 6:30-7:30

Grade 3-6! Parents and Children read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl together and join us for a chat about the book! Register by picking up a copy of the book from the Library.

 

Kokom’s Storytime

Kookum’s Storytime begins Tuesday, September 20th at 10:30 am. Share in traditional Aboriginal story books in this varied and exciting program. Ages 2-5. Brought to you in partnership with the Friendship Centre.

 

Story Time

Story Time is every Wednesday morning at 9:15 OR 10:30. 

Share in stories, songs and a craft.  Suggested age level is 3-5 years.

Begins again September 14th

 

Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time is every Thursday morning at 9:30 OR 10:30.

Interact with your child using rhymes, songs and stories.  Suggested age level is 0-3 years.
